What are my shipping options? 

England & Wales:

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked: 3 - 5 working days (£3.95)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.80)
  • Free over £200

Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man:

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked: 3-5 working days (£3.95)
  • Free over £200

International (including USA & Australia):

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: aim to deliver within 5-7 working days (£23.99)
  • DHL Express: 1-2 days - calculated at checkout

What is our returns policy?

Ready to wear:

  • 14 day return policy from delivery
  • Further 14 days to arrive back at our warehouse
  • Items must be unworn with tags
  • Refunds processed within 10 days
  • Returns shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs not refunded
  • UK customers can size exchange free of charge
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

Made to order:

  • Returns/refunds not accepted

How do I care for my item? 

For ready to wear garments: 

  • Care instructions are listed on the online product page of the garment, or alternatively on the care label of the garment

For made to order garments: 

  • Gently hand wash using a mild detergent 
  • Wring gently 
  • Use a towel to absorb any extra water 
  • Lay flat to dry, do not hang
